In line with its organisational context and strategic direction, the policy of Weymouth Quality Engineering Limited is to meet the needs and expectations of its customers by supplying products and services in compliance to customer’s specified requirements.
This will be achieved by the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system to meet the requirements of AS 9100D and ISO 9001: 2015 that ensures control over all activities associated with conventional milling and turning, CNC milling and turning, lapping, grinding and kitting of parts.
The various processes and activities undertaken are written in the procedures which are readily available to all employees. The procedures themselves are kept under review by the Managing Director by means of non-conformance control, auditing and management review processes. These processes maintain the suitability of the existing system and provide a means of implementing improvements on a continual basis.

This policy is supported by measurable quality objectives. This policy is also subject to periodic review to ensure continuing suitability and must be understood, implemented and maintained by all staff.
This policy shall be made available to all internal interested parties as part of our induction process and to external interested parties on request to the Managing Director.
